Have You Heard About the Hunza? They're One of the longest-lived race of people in the world. How? Why? Read on.

One of the longest-lived race of people in the world are called the Hunza. These people, located in the northern Pakistan, are found in several high-altitude mountain valleys. Many Hunza claim to be 150 years old; many others are documented centenarians (over age one hundred). For many years, scientists have pondered the mystery of what makes them so healthy, for they rarely suffer the diseases the rest of us know so well. Some researchers are beginning to believe that the Hunza miracle derives from the water that they drink. The mountain water that flows into the Hunza villages comes from the surrounding glaciers. Structured hexagonally, this water is filled with mineral solutes, and it tests out as highly alkaline

The Hunza people are well known for their longevity. How old you say?

Well, many are known for being anywhere between 120 and 140 years old.

Unfortunately their exact ages aren’t documented. The way they determine age is by events that happened near the time of birth.

The Hunza’s are located in northern Pakistan in a valley surrounded by the Himalayan mountains.

Here are some more really amazing facts about the Hunza’s that will surprise most people.

* Virtually no diseases among their people. Cancer and other degenerative diseases are rare

* Men in their 70′s play soccer with teens.

* Men fathering children at the age of 90

Imagine having sex and fathering children at the age of 90. In the US, men in their 30′s have problems with erectile dysfunction. By the way, the Hunza men don’t use ED pills. They don’t need them.

So what are the keys to their healthy life?

Well for one, their water is some of the best on Earth. It is glacier water that is highly alkaline and is loaded with antioxidants and colloidal minerals.

The water is much “wetter” in the the water clusters are much smaller making it much easier to be absorbed into our cells and tissues. In other words, it provides the body the perfect water to be healthy.

Their water is very similar to the water produced by a water ionizer. The difference for them is they get it right from the mountain.

Now there are other differences that also contribute to their extremely good health.

For one they don’t eat processed junk food and don’t drink sugary drinks. They grow their own organic vegetables and fruits. The waste of plants animals and humans are used in a composte to be used as a fertilizer for their crops.

They also get a lot of exercise walking in the valley and climbing the mountains.

So it’s fair to say that the Hunza people live a healthy life by eating organic natural food, getting lots of exercise and drinking healthy alkaline water.

So how can we get alkaline water? The best method is to use a water ionizer. It not only gives you clean alkaline water but the water is also antioxidant. The cluster size of the water from a water ionizer is very small making it easy to get into our tissues and cells. The water is “wetter”. Like the water the Hunza’s drink.

There’s really no reason to not start drinking healthy water today. and contrary to what you've might heard - you don't need a lot of money to be able to create and drink your own freshly made alkaline water.
