It's been almost a month since I introduced this product in Ormoc City. As early as now, I am (already) getting great feedbacks from those who acquired their own flask, to enjoy the benefits of drinking alkaline ionized water. These feedbacks ranges from back pains now gone, my sis-in law's mom, regained bladder control after a recent stroke only after a week of taking alkaline water. A friend, who's recent blood work result shown significant improvement - first time since '94 when his uric acid level became normal, in fact his CBC, blood sugar, cholesterol, SGPT were also normal.

HOW MUCH WATER SHOULD I DRINK?
"When people complain about drinking so much water I remind them that I would rather go to the bathroom 1000 times than go to the doctor’s once."
I often get asked how much water people should drink. I did a quick search of the internet looking for an article to refer people to, but I couldn’t find anything that dealt with all the issues and had all the correct facts. Here is my effort!
You should pay as much attention to your level of hydration as you do to your intake of food. Your body is made up of 70% water, so don’t ignore the importance of water.
Never rely upon being thirsty as a good indicator of proper hydration, as many people don’t experience feelings of thirst unless their throats or mouths are dry.
